In Practice

A Support Group for Early-Career Therapists

In Practice brings early-career therapists together to talk honestly about the work, learn from one another, and build the kind of community that helps us grow—personally and professionally.

6–8 Ohio-based therapists · Virtual
6 weekly 60-minute sessions · $25/session
Begins the week of Dec. 1, 2026

Why This Group?

Some parts of becoming a therapist need more room.

In Practice is a small, facilitated group for counselor trainees and therapists in their first five years of practice. It’s a place to talk about all the parts of being a therapist that don’t fit neatly into supervision, or weren’t covered in grad school.

Each session pairs a thoughtful prompt with a therapeutic lens, leaving plenty of room for open, honest discussion.

This is professional support and reflection—not psychotherapy, formal supervision, or continuing education.

Ohio counselors only, please.
